Sunnybank is as most would call it, the Asian capital of Queensland and is synonymous with the phrase “unofficial Chinatown of Brisbane”. Many Asians from Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, interstate as well as overseas come here for its:

- Market Square – anchored by Yuens Market, one of the largest, if not the largest Asian supermarket in QLD. Market Square is very well known for its abundance of restaurants serving extensive menus of Asian cuisines. It is also home to long and well established businesses including Westpac Bank, Block Buster Video, a medical centre, a dental surgery and 7-11. Most importantly it is home to Red Key Real Estate.
- Sunnybank Hotel – includes BWS drive through, Dan Murphys, dining, accommodation and entertainment.
